Our commitment
We measure success in outcomes, not deliveries.
A delivered piece of medical equipment is just the beginning. We measure our success by whether it is installed and operational, whether the clinical staff know how to use it, whether it is still working two years later, and whether the patients who need it can access it. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.
Rwanda’s Health, Our Shared Journey.
The Trusted Partner.
We're not a vendor, we're a long-term healthcare partner.
Rwanda's national referral hospitals, and district facilities alike, trust us to equip the rooms where lives are saved.
In the last 5+ years, we have been the partner of choice for King Faisal Hospital, CHUK, and Rwanda Military Hospital — equipping their surgical theatres, diagnostic units, and specialist departments with world-class medical technology.

In Primamed, you have a single partner for diverse clinical needs, from precision surgical instruments to laboratory and emergency equipment.
The Last-Mile Difference.
Our team has the local relationships, logistics knowledge, and technical capability to reach every level of the health system.

From the surgical theatres of King Faisal Hospital to district hospitals in Nyagatare, Byumba, Burera, and beyond — we ensure that the right equipment reaches the right facility, installed and operational. We bring world-class medical technology to every level of Rwanda's health system.

Our contracts reached 25+ health facilities from referral hospitals in Kigali all the way to district hospitals in Nyabikenke, Burera, Nyagatare, Byumba, Gatonde, and beyond. The message is: we bring world-class medical technology to every level of Rwanda's health system.
A local partner with national reach.
Your investment in health equipment is only as good as the partner who delivers it.
Dear Development partners, our work spans Rwanda's entire health system — We do not stop at Kigali. We go where the patients are.
If your programme is funding health equipment across multiple Rwandan facilities — at district, provincial, or national level — we are the partner who can execute. We have delivered for USAID, PIH, JHPIEGO, ENABEL, and IntraHealth. We understand donor procurement requirements, multi-facility coordination, and the importance of proper training.

We provide full documentation of supply, installation, training, and maintenance — giving you the evidence base to demonstrate programme impact to your funders and partners. From delivery receipts to training attendance logs to maintenance records, we keep the paper trail that accountability requires.
Life at Primamed.

Dream, inspire, impact — every day.
Our mission to empower healthcare professionals and save lives is a journey we can’t take alone.
That’s why we open our doors to academic and professional interns — not just to teach, but to learn.
We believe the passion, curiosity, and fresh perspectives of young talent can spark new ideas, challenge our assumptions, and accelerate the impact of our work.
Together, we innovate faster, dream bigger, and move closer to a future where healthcare in Rwanda — and beyond — is smarter, stronger, and life-saving.
Every perspective shapes our mission.
Can you introduce yourself?
My name is Tasneem Abualgasim Hamad Ibrahim, and I'm from Sudan.

Using one word, how would you describe your internship experience?
Amazing!

What was your biggest achievement or lesson during the internship?
During my internship, I gained valuable experience in preparing and managing documents using Excel, particularly for pricing calculations used in tender submissions. I also learned about the processes hospitals follow to request medical equipment, how maintenance is conducted, and the procedures for installing new devices. Additionally, I had the opportunity to assist in training healthcare professionals on the proper use of these devices, which gave me practical insight into both the technical and operational aspects of medical equipment management.
Any tip for any other person willing to pursue the same career as you do?
My advice is to always stay committed, build a good relationship with your team, and never hesitate to ask questions. If you don’t know something, keep asking and learning until you master it.
